DC Motors

Micro-Drives DC motors were designed to offer a cost-effective solution for challenging OEM applications where reliability and precision are demanded. The miniature DC motors are small, lightweight, and powerful.

Micro-Drives DC motors offer good efficiencies and a high peak load through use of premium ferrite materials and optimized magnet systems. The DC motors are rated in power from 0.34 W to 100 W with mounting options for planetary and spur gearheads with torques up to 10 Nm as well encoders.

DC Micromotors feature:
• High precision performance
• Low brush contact resistance
• Less power required
• Graphite commutation achieves extended service life

Standard DC motor options are listed below. Customized DC motors are available. Please contact a Micro-Drives applications engineer for design assistance.
